In the mood for pizza? Make it a healthy treat by making a delicious homemade pizza. Make your own whole wheat pizza crust, or buy it frozen. Then, cover the pizza with vegetables! Comfort food at its healthiest.

In large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, yeast and salt. Blend in water and oil. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed; about 3 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise to desired size.
Place dough in greased 14-inch pizza pan or a regular baking tray. Press dough to cover bottom of pan and up sides to form a rim.
Then, add pizza sauce and all the toppings you desire! Bake for twenty minutes at 400 degrees.
